How long does it take?
- most orders take 5-10 business days
- large orders may take up to 2-3 weeks
We custom order everything we need to fill your order, then it is made just for you!
What are your order minimums / can we do bulk?
Many items (excluding promotional items) have no minimums. Bulk orders receive the benefit of discounted bulk pricing.
What design file types work best?
Image files in .AI, .EPS, .PNG formats work best for most printing.
Embroidery projects require a .DST file. If you do not have one, we can help you make one (with a small one time setup fee).
What type of imprint can we do?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, vinyl transfers, laser transfers, and small sublimation printing as well as office vinyl.
